Experience in consumer protection and labour regulations laws

Experience with third-party vendor selection, onboarding, management, and partnership

Experience with insurance coverage strategy and claims policy setting & execution, selection and management of insurance providers, and tasks related to insurance coverage

Working knowledge of common fraud-prevention platforms, risk management tactics, and the chargeback process (sources, disputes, payment systems, bank processes, etc)
