• Utilization of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning wherever and whenever applicable
• Working level competency in one or more programming languages including SQL, Python and R is required
• Sound understanding of ML models and how they can be leveraged to act upon a range of content and safety risks
• Minimum 5+ years work experience in quantitative analysis with relevant degree / experience
• Experience working on consumer-facing products, with a keen sense of malicious and inappropriate activities that occur on social media
• Ability to solve problems using quantitative approaches and communicate complex concepts and analytical results to drive business impact
• A proven track record of taking complex data sets and translating data into practical visualizations
• Strong communication skills and experience influencing critical stakeholders and building cross-functional partnerships by acting as a trusted strategic partner to the Trust and Safety organization
• An individual that thrives in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment where they get to move fast and work on various strategic projects at the same time
