• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience with data analysis, working with SQL and relational databases, including queries and database definitions
• Experience in people management or mentoring teams
• 3 years of experience in people management
• Experience with statistical and quantitative modeling (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and/or proficiency with programming languages (e.g., Python or Java)
• Experience in one of the following areas: internet technology, online search, eCommerce, online payments, online advertising/publishing, policy enforcement, user trust, risk, fraud investigation, product abuse
• Ability to synthesize information to see the big picture while effectively managing detail
