• Think strategically, build plans and execute projects on time and on budget, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy when leading the team in accomplishing tasks Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• 3-5+ years experience working within a financial institution/payment processor/merchant monitoring services supporting fraud, trust and safety initiatives
• Experience with rule development and testing
• Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in support of investigations and investigative processes
• Ability to make discretionary, fast decisions based on data
• Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, verbal, and writing skills
• Ability to work fluidly in a collaborative, team-based setting within a high-growth technology company
• Good sense of urgency
