• Experience in legal support operations, reviewing removal requests, answering user questions, and working with vendor reviewers
• Experience resolving escalations
• Experience building relationships with cross-functional partners
• Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation weekend, and holiday hours
• Experience implementing or running a training or quality assurance program
• Proficiency with SQL
• Understanding of copyright law, including ability to analyze and cite precedents on copyrightability, United States and international safe harbor compliance, and copyright exceptions (i.e., fair use or fair dealing)
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action
• Excellent business judgment, communication, and influencing skills
