• BA/BS degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in an analyst role handling complex data sets, conducting risk analysis and forecasting, and building data visualizations and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is required.
• Able to demonstrate data and insights to improve operations performance and can facilitate data-driven and advised prioritization across operations.
• Outstanding communication skills; experience synthesizing complex information for all audiences.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify operational improvements and turn feedback into action.
