• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Minimum leadership experience and validated and/or experience in Trust & Safety domain
• Rich experience in domain for large global clients (GAFMA experience or experience in handling Content Moderation/Gaming/OTT platforms)
• Experience in setting up new teams to build proficiency in an area
• Prior Solutioning/Transformation experience will be an added advantage
• End-to-end customer life cycle and stakeholder management experience
• Essential Skills/Requirements:
• Having a Point of View on Trust & Safety and exposure to multiple client orgs/operations/transformation is critical.
• Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at a senior level with an ability to influence partners.
• High analytical and reasoning skills, should be commercially savvy
• Influencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-set and comfort with operating in a matrixed environment retaining a sound focus and accountability for daring business targets
• Displayed team working skills and should have worked / led global/virtual and teams with varied strengths
• Good PowerPoint presentation skills and ability to build compelling documents
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment and come up with innovative solutions
• Deep understanding of financial and workforce management
• Ability to build deep client partnerships and alliances
