• Bachelor's degree in a Legal, Policy, or Technology field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in content moderation, developer support, policy enforcement, customer support, or policy creation.
• Experience in business strategy and/or operations consulting or similar.
• Ability to lead stakeholders and drive consensus across all experience levels (e.g., stakeholders, Vice Presidents).
• Ability to ramp up quickly, learn the workflow in detail, and understand the big picture.
• Ability to anticipate risks in advance and advocate for the right solutions.
• Ability to challenge the status quo to build more effective and efficient incident management functions.
• Ability to work well in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, including with stakeholders and executives as well as have excellent communication skills.
