Qualifications

• You are extremely detail-oriented;
• You have excellent communication, and writing skills;
• You work well under tight deadlines;
• You have patience, determination, flexibility, and grit;
• You are familiar with, and have respect for the norms of different cultures;
• You have passion and enthusiasm for protecting user privacy and freedom of expression
• Availability to work weekend coverage (Standard schedule Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday);
• Experience using third-party ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant education / experience;
• Experience with legal document intake/processing, safety policy or other legal operational experience;
• Professional experience in promoting online safety, child safety online, and/or countering violent extremism;
• Complete fluency in English
